Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Your experience matters to us, and we genuinely want you to love your order. If you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help! Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to determine if your order is eligible for an exchange.

Shipping You will receive a confirmation number after placing your order. Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Please note that once your order is submitted, we are unable to change the email address or shipping address. Nail Joys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

We ship within the United States only.

Sizing Policy Customers are responsible for selecting their correct nail sizes before purchase. Since every set is handmade specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.

If you are unsure of your nail size, please read our "How to Size Your Nails" guide, or purchase a sizing kit from us to ensure a perfect fit. We offer sizing kits for every shape and size we carry.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of submission. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your order has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible due to the handmade nature of our products.
