Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation number once your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after processing.

US Only We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Responsibility Once your order has been handed off to the postal carrier, Nail Joys is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. We pack every order with great care to ensure it arrives safely.

Address Changes We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been submitted, so please double-check your address at checkout.
